Healing Journey
My healing journey has always paralleled my artistic one. In 2007, I graduated from the What Pho Traditional Massage School in Thai Massage and Thai Reflexology. That same year, I received a Reiki certificatiaon in Usiui Reiki from Ramez Houch. I have practiced all of them since then.
Professional Therapy Development
In recent years, I have turned my attention to both alternative and classical psychotherapy. I believe that these modalities complement well the empathy and body sensitivity I have developed during my theatrical and performing career. In 2021, I became certified as an Expansion Therapy (psychotherapy) practitioner and an exSEL social and personal evolution practitioner. That same year, I conceived and implemented a combination of psychotherapy and art creation that I call YO Self-Improvement Artistic Expression. The next year, I also got my certification as a Crystal Hands practitioner. I have been practicing all of them since. In 2024, I will also become a certified Mental Health Counselor.
I'm also interested in creating Safe Spaces (I prefer to call them Appropriate Spaces for various reasons) and I'm currently organising seminars about it.
In 2023, I wrote a guide to promote inclusiveness and equality within my volunteer role at the Hellenic Emotional Center.
